Nothing you saved is ever locked. Whether you never take Pro or you stop it, you can see, edit and export every record, and a limit never interrupts a capture.

The limits, plainly
Your first fair is completely free
The first fair you start Fair Mode for is free for its whole duration. If you start Fair Mode for another fair within 12 months of that first start, you see the Pro offer.
Never stopped halfway through a fair
The offer includes “Continue for today”: Fair Mode runs for the rest of that day without Pro, and the offer comes back the next morning. Capture outside Fair Mode (quick capture from a customer, the widgets, share, card scan) is never limited.
You can always move to a new phone
Free has one active phone or tablet. Signing in on a new device always works; the old device keeps its records on the phone, stops syncing and tells you why. A watch, or a second phone or tablet at the same time, needs Pro.
If Pro ends
Extra devices keep working until their next session refresh, then stop syncing. During a running fair, Fair Mode stays on until the fair’s end date. Your records stay where they are and you can export them.
How to cancel
The subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play and managed there. In the app, Settings → Account → Subscription takes you straight there.
- iPhone and iPad
- Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Musteri Pro → Cancel Subscription.
- Android
- Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Musteri → Cancel subscription.
When you cancel, Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel the yearly trial before it ends, you are not charged. Terms of use
Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
New subscribers taking the yearly plan for the first time try it free for 14 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged and the subscription starts.
What happens to my records if I stop Pro?
None of them are lost or locked. You can see, edit and export all of them as CSV and vCard. The Free limits apply again.
Is there a lifetime purchase?
No. Musteri Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription.
Why does the price differ by country?
The App Store and Google Play show prices for each country in its own currency, including taxes. The price in the store you pay in applies.
Where do I get an invoice or a refund?
The App Store or Google Play takes the payment, so invoices and refund requests go through them. If you need help, write to musteri@sayfa.app.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. Without an account everything stays on your phone and it is free; the Fair Mode limit still applies.
