These terms cover your use of the Musteri app (Android, Wear OS, iPhone, Apple Watch and widgets) and the musteri.sayfa.app website. By using the app you accept them.
The service
Musteri helps you keep your customers, their addresses, contact persons, fairs and follow-ups. The app works without an account; if you sign in, your records are synced with and backed up on our server. We may change the app from time to time to improve it.
Your account
- You can sign in with a passkey, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
- You can delete your account at any time as described on the account deletion page.
Your content
- Everything you save is yours. You only give us permission to store, sync and back it up to provide the service.
- You can always export what you saved as CSV and vCard, free and without limits. Nothing you saved is ever locked behind a paid plan.
- Customer and contact person details belong to other people. Handling them lawfully under Turkish data protection law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and following the rules for commercial electronic messages (Law No. 6563) when you send follow-ups is your responsibility.
Unacceptable use
You may not use Musteri for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe other people’s rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in ways that overload our servers or try to get around their security. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms; if we do, we give you reasonable time to export your records.
Fees and the Musteri Pro subscription
There are no ads in the app. Musteri is free to use; Musteri Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks the extra features described on the pricing page (Fair Mode for unlimited fairs, several devices at once, the watch app). Access to, editing and export of what you saved never cost money and are not locked when a subscription ends.
- Purchase and payment: The subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play; payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the store and may vary by country.
- Automatic renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trial: New subscribers get a 14-day free trial on the yearly plan. If it is not cancelled before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged. Any unused part of the trial ends when a subscription is purchased.
- Cancellation: You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play (in the app: Settings → Account → Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro stays on until then.
- Refunds: The store takes the payment, so refund requests go to the App Store or Google Play under their rules. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
- Price changes: If the price changes, you are told in advance under the store’s rules; the new price applies from the next renewal.
Liability
We build Musteri with care, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We recommend exporting important records regularly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Your rights under consumer law are not affected.
Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account whenever you like. If we shut the service down completely, we will announce it in advance and give you the chance to export your records.
Changes
When we change these terms we update the date on this page. We also announce important changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
